Employee Benefits at Pico
At Pico, employee benefits are not designed as standalone perks, but as part of the framework that enables solving complex tasks in collaboration with customers over time. The starting point is that consulting work requires both professional focus, flexibility, and mental surplus in everyday life. Therefore, there is a strong emphasis on creating working conditions where employees can take responsibility for their work while maintaining a sustainable balance between professional and personal life.
Pico places high value on trust and autonomy. Employees are expected to plan their work in dialogue with colleagues and customers, and there is flexibility in how and when work is carried out when tasks allow it. This is an essential condition in a consulting environment, where work often follows customer projects and needs, and where quality and continuity are prioritised over rigid structures.
There is also a strong focus on professional development as an integrated part of the work. Pico operates in complex customer scenarios within product data, PIM, and business processes, which requires continuous learning. Employee benefits therefore support opportunities for skill development, sparring, and knowledge sharing across teams and roles. Development is not treated as something separate from daily work, but as a natural outcome of working with complex challenges in close collaboration with customers.
Social and professional relationships are also considered an important part of working life at Pico. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and shared responsibility are central to how tasks are solved. Employee benefits are designed to support a work environment where long-term relationships can be built—both internally and externally—and where well-being is seen as a prerequisite for consistent quality in deliveries.
What do you get as an employee at Pico?
Pico’s employment conditions are designed to support a working life where professional responsibility, consulting work, and long-term customer relationships are aligned. The arrangements are intended to provide stability in everyday life and space to focus on complex tasks in collaboration with customers and colleagues.
Pension scheme
Pico offers a pension scheme designed as a long-term framework for financial security. The scheme is part of the overall employment package and reflects that employees often hold long-term roles with significant responsibility and continuity in both customer collaborations and internal tasks.
Health insurance with comprehensive coverage
The health insurance scheme is established to ensure quick access to treatment and support when needed. In a consulting environment where work can be complex and require sustained focus, health and well-being are seen as prerequisites for stable quality and long-term collaboration—both internally and with customers.
Monthly 1:1 meetings with your manager
Regular monthly 1:1 meetings are held with the immediate manager. These conversations are used for ongoing sparring on tasks, professional development, and collaboration—including dialogue about customer work, priorities, and responsibilities. The purpose is to ensure clear direction and the ability to adjust continuously, rather than relying on infrequent performance reviews.
Sixth week of vacation
A sixth week of vacation is part of the framework for maintaining balance between work and personal life. Consulting work at Pico involves periods of high concentration and responsibility, and additional flexibility for rest and recovery is considered a natural part of a sustainable working life.
Exercise during working hours
We regularly focus on both mental and physical well-being. In addition to having an active employee health and safety representative (AMR) who listens to both individual and collective needs, time is set aside throughout the year to build healthy habits.
During May, we participate in the “Bike to Work” campaign, and once a year we organise a dedicated “Health Week,” where we focus on healthier eating, offer professional health check-ups, and arrange physical activities after work.
We also pay employees to spend one hour per week on exercise as part of their working time. It benefits both the mind and the body.
Influence and involvement
Employees at Pico have real opportunities to influence their work and how tasks are carried out. Participation and involvement are part of everyday work and reflect the fact that complex challenges within product data, PIM, and business processes require professional dialogue and multiple perspectives.
Decisions are made close to the task, in collaboration between employees, management, and customer needs.
