The most important measurement points in our estimates
When we estimate what a PIM system costs to implement, we first and foremost look at your company's overall product catalog, at the channels you support, and at the complexity of the surrounding organization.
The four measurement points we have experienced that give us the best starting point for coming up with a realistic estimate are as follows:
- System selection: License and setup vary from system to system
- Number of products: The more products \u2013 the more complex configuration and integration typically becomes
- Team size: Training, workflows and processes must be supported - the more employees, the greater the complexity
- Localization: Languages, marketplaces, and partnerships affect the scope of the solution
