What does a UX Audit contain and why should you have one?
User-friendliness is crucial for whether your users choose to shop at your website. Over 40% of B2B users believe that conditions regarding clarity and user-friendliness are very important/crucial for their purchase decision.
In practical terms, a good user experience is crucial for whether your users can find the information they are looking for when they have to make an informed purchase decision.
A UX Audit enables you to assess whether your digital solutions are as user-friendly as you and your users expect. With our analysis report in hand, you are well equipped to make an informed decision about whether to invest in UX initiatives that support the good user experience.
Our UX Audit is a fixed process in three phases at a fixed agreed price. The analysis itself is composed of three mandatory and between two and five optional analysis modules depending on your needs.
We use the mandatory modules to draw a snapshot of your solution, your different user groups, and to look at the competition in the market. The optional modules focus on the areas of your solution that we want to explore further with you.
The result of a UX Audit is a report that sets out a number of recommendations based on the findings we have made in the analysis process.
Delimitation
We spend time together understanding your business, goals, users, and any challenges through a simple workshop. This gives us insight into who you are and what you focus on in your business.
With this understanding, our analysis can be best tailored to your needs, ensuring you get the answers you’re looking for.
We ask you to prepare some input in advance, but otherwise, we ensure to gather the outputs that will help us deliver the best analysis for you.
Analysis
With your business clearly outlined, we can jointly align which modules our analysis should include.
We always conduct the following three analyses:
- User mapping and personas
- Heuristic evaluation (overall assessment of the user experience)
- Competitor analysis
Additionally, we add two to five extra analysis modules depending on the answers you seek. The analysis modules are listed in our service catalog below.
Reporting
When our analysis is completed, we will schedule a time to deliver the results.
You will receive a report and have the opportunity to have our recommendations presented in a workshop with stakeholders in your organization.
The report primarily includes the areas that call for improvements and suggestions on how these can be implemented - in other words, our concrete recommendations for action.
