The application comes with a console from where you manage the export:

• Schedule the export with the Windows Scheduler tool. You can also run the export manually whenever you need to.
• The console provides you with an overview of recent file updates and all file updates in Perfion.
• The console makes you in full control of where to place the multimedia files in the external database.
• Because the files come from Perfion, the export will always contain the recent version of the files (Single Source of Truth).
• Check if the export contains modified files by comparing the files in the new location.
